Cable Physical Therapy and Pilates

  ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

Cable Physical Therapy and Pilates, LLC was founded by Krista Cable, MSPT with the notion that her clients should be her number one priority and that they deserve the best care possible.  After working most of her career in a traditional physical therapy clinic, Krista became discouraged by the rapidly changing healthcare system and the way insurance was dictating the quality of care she was able to provide.  Limitations in her time with clients and their access to her prevented her from implementing her skills to her maximum potential and, thus, from providing the quality of care that she felt her clients deserved. In many instances, this negatively impacted their ability to get better.    This prompted her to start her own practice, with a vision of creating a model that would allow her to provide the highest quality, personalized physical therapy care-- care that is based completely upon her clients' individual needs, circumstances and goals--not determined by an insurance company.

Her hope is that if you feel that Cable Physical Therapy and Pilates is the right fit for you that you will choose to work with her and experience, first-hand, excellent healthcare with YOU at the center.

KRISTA CABLE, MS, PT

Krista Cable

Krista Cable, MSPT is a licensed physical therapist, Polestar certified Pilates instructor and owner of Cable Physical Therapy and Pilates, LLC.  She graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2000. She is passionate about helping others and is invested in the wellness of her clients.  She thrives on the opportunity to connect with her clients, working with them in a trusting partnership. Her 22 years of physical therapy practice have fostered a strong belief in the importance of looking at each client as a whole person--looking at his entire body, not just the part that hurts. Krista enjoys working with clients of all ages and has worked primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings for most of her career.  She has a particular love and interest in treating women during pregnancy and postpartum.  She has had advanced training and continuing education in disorders of the spine and pelvis, shoulder/knee/hip injuries, pain associated with pregnancy and postpartum, Kinesio Taping and Functional Dry Needling. She became a certified Pilates instructor in 2008 and now incorporates Pilates-based rehab into most all of her clients' treatment plans, in addition to teaching Pilates privates.  Krista's goal is to empower her clients by providing them with the education and tools they need to heal themselves.
A native “mid-westerner,” Krista moved to Colorado from Indiana in 2004. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, yoga, gardening and spending time with her husband and 2 young children.
